Eastern Golf Course Clubhouse Fire

Scope: Active emergency assistance, asset recovery, structural propping, and full demolition.

Overview: Deployed onsite alongside Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and the Country Fire Authority (CFA) during an active blaze to provide critical machinery access to structural hotspots. Successfully coordinated the emergency salvage of approximately 20 golf carts and hire equipment from a flooded basement. Following containment, executed the full clubhouse demolition, engineered basement propping, and controlled slab removal—preserving the basement infrastructure intact for future rebuilds.
Murrindindi & Harcourt Fires - Cleanup

Overview: Mobilized emergency recovery teams across regional Victoria (Harcourt, Yarck, Fawcett, Terip Terip, and Ruffy) under Emergency Management Victoria (EMV). Operations involved the safe clearing, handling, and removal of fire-damaged debris, destroyed structures, and hazardous materials, including friable and non-friable asbestos.
